LODGING & TRANSPORTATION FOR JUNE 2025

Our second retreat will be at Glen Eyrie Castle situated in Colorado Springs right by Garden of the Gods. Accommodations for fellows will be booked for them. For this retreat, fellows will be in hotel style rooms in a shared lodge on the retreat campus. 

Fellows will have the option to stay an extra night (Sunday, June 8 - Thursday, June 12). There will be no programming, but meals will be provided at Glen Eyrie's main dining hall. If you are able to stay the final night, please let Chris know by Thursday, March 27, so that your room can be booked.

ARRIVAL: SUNDAY, JUNE 8

Check-in at Glen Eyrie is at 4:00 pm. (Our first gathering over dinner will begin at 6:00 pm.)

• Shuttle from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) - 30 minutes from Glen Eyrie 

• Fly into COS by 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 8

• We are strongly recommending that you fly directly into COS, rather than flying into DEN and making the drive. If the cost of tickets is prohibitive to get to COS, please email us, and we will work to find a different solution.

DEPARTURE: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11 OR THURSDAY, JUNE 12 

• If flying out on Wednesday and flying domestically, schedule flights out of COS for after 3:00 PM (lunch ends at 1:00 PM, and it's a 30-40 minute drive). 

• If you are staying until Thursday, you can fly out at whatever time works for you, and we will try and coordinate rides as best possible between fellows and staff.
